| Brief History of the Company.
BALAJI AMINES LIMITED was promoted by the KPR Group in 1988
at Solapur, Maharashtra for the manufacture of speciality
Chemicals Products, viz. Methyl Amines and Ethyl Amines.
This venture marked their entry into a high technology area
and these products were being manufactured with
indigenously developed technology for the first time in
India. The plant was successfully commissioned and the
Company has declared dividends from the first full year of
operations. The Company was assisted by IFCI by say of
equity assistance of Rs. 20.00 lakhs and term loan of
Rs.235.50 lakhs. The Company started Commercial production
from 1-3-1991, initially with the manufacture of Methyl
Amines alone. The manufacture of Ethyl Amines was started
from 1-8-1992.
BHAGYANAGAR CHEMICALS LTD :
This company was setup to manufacture 3 cynopyridine and 4 cynopyridine. The project cost is around Rs. 200.00lakhs. IDBI has invested Rs.80.00lakhs in this unit under venture capital scheme. The unit has recently started production.
BHAGYANAGAR WOODPLAST LTD:
This company was setup to manufacture and suply woodplast (extruded synthetic structural foam panels and profiles) and other products such as PVC sheets pipes etc.
2003
-Balaji Amines acquires Bhagyanagar Chemicals.
2007
-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
2008
-Balaji Amines Ltd has recommended a Dividend of 15% on Equity Shares
2009
-Balaji Amines Limited (BAL) has announced commercial production of a niche product Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone (PVK K-30), under the brand name BOLIDONE.
-Balaji Amines Ltd. has been awarded "Certificate of Merit" award for Outstanding Export Performance for the year 2005-2006 by Chemexcil.
2010
-Balaji Amines Ltd has recommended a Dividend Rs. 2.50 per equity share i.e. 25%
-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2
2011
-Balaji Amines Ltd has recommended the payment of dividend of Rs. 0.60 (Sixty Paisa) per equity share i.e. 30%
2012
-Arati S. Dudhawale has been appointed as the Company Secretary & also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
-Balaji Amines Ltd awarded best manufacturer-exporter At ECGG- D & B Indian Exporter Excellence Awards 2012
2013
-Balaji Amines has inaugurated five star hotel Balaji Sarovar Premiere on October 12, 2013.
-BAL awarded by Chemexcil for Outstanding Export Performance.
2014
-BAL recommended the payment of annual dividend of Re.1/- per equity share i.e 50%.
2021
-"Commissioning of first phase of Green field project of the company at Unit - IV, MIDC, Chincholi, Solapur".
2022
-Commencement Of Commercial Production Of DMC At MIDC, Chincholi, Solapur.
2024
-The Company Commencement of commercial production of new Methylamines plant.
2025
-Balaji Amines Commenced commercial production/operations of ISOPROPYLAMINE .
