Further, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company in their meeting held on December 10, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to "B. D. Industries (Pune) Limited" and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company to Public Limited dated December 24, 2024 was issued by Central Processing Centre bearing CIN: U25203MH2010PLC202092.
