    History of Company

    The company was incorporated on 1936. Formerly it was mettur Beardsell Ltd. The company is in the business of manufacturing, selling & contracting activities & has the following division :-

    1) Insulation - Manufacture of expanded ploystrene & insulation & packaging material.

    2) Marketing - Marketing of industrial equipment motors, chemicals, nylon, yarn electric motors, V-Belts etc.

    3) Consultancy - providing technical consultancy services & technical assistance in resin finishing & other textile purchases.

    4) Export - Export of fabrics to U.K. & U.S.A. Beer to France and Granites to Japan. Beardsell Satel Ltd and Baresell cable Belt Ltd are the subsidiaries of the company. In 1988, the accounting year was changed from 30th June to 31st March.

    2010

    - Beardsell Limited has appointed Mr. Amrith Anumolu and Mr. V.J. Singh (Nominee of LIC) as Additional Directors with effect from 12th August 2010 and the same was approved in the Board Meeting held on 12th August 2010.

    2011 -Company has has allotted a total of 4,50,000 Fully Convertible Equity Warrants to the Promoters of the Company.

    2012 -Company has recommended a dividend @10%. 2013 -Mr. Amrith Anmolu has been appointed as Executive Director of our Company.

    2015 -Beardsell Ltd is been listed in BSE.

    2017

    -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:5.

    -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.

    2021

    The company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 1:3 at a premium of Rs. 8 per share.
