    Our company was originally formed as Private Limited Company under the name "Beezaasan Explotech Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 21, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to Public Limited and the name of our Company was changed to "Beezaasan Explotech Limited" vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on May 15, 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on July 30, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
