| The company was promoted by Shri Kamal Kumar Chaudhary. The company was incorporated on 27th December, 1989 as a Private Limited Company on 21st October, 1992. Bakrewala Steels Limited completed its first phase of the project of decoiling/shearing of CRCA & GP coils. The Maharashtra State financial corporation (MSFC) disbursed a term loan of Rs.62 lacs for part financing the project. In the second phase the company proposes to manufacture corrugated sheets and drawing of MS/HB and electrode quality wires.
The company has already installed Plant and Machinery worth Rs.9,399,341.00 for the second phase of the project using promoters contribution.
