| Adithya aquaculture limited, a company with its registered office at Hyderabad, was incorporated on August 28th 1991 as a private limited company and was later converted into a public limited company with effect from April 4th 1994. The shrimp farm and hatchery of the company
will be situated at Eedure village in Nellore district, Andra Pradesh .
The company is presently engaged in setting up a shrimp farm with 40 hectares water spread area and a shrimp hatchery with an annual installed capacity of 100 million seeds at Eeduru village in Nellore district.
