On August 29, 2022, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 9, 2022 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 29, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, which was issued consequent on conversion to a public limited company and recording the change in the name of our Company to 'Brisk Technovision Limited'.
