Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company by passing a Special Resolution on 22nd April 1992 and obtained fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 18th June 1992, Consequently the name of the company was changed to CHPL FINANCE LIMITED from Creative Hire Purchase & Leasing Co.Ltd. on 16.08.95.
