    Cindrella Financial Services Ltd. was incorporated as Public Limited Company on 26th day of April 1994 under the Companies Act, 1956. the Company got the Certificate for Commencement of Business on 9th day of May 1994. The main object behind the incorporation of the Company is to provide financial and corporate services.

    PRESENT BUSINESS

    The company is mainly engaged in leasing and hire purchase of commercial vehicles, cars and office Equipments etc. The Company has been making investment on a limited scale out of owned funds.

    The Company has a office equipped with telephones and Computers etc. at Calcutta and Siliguri. The office of the Company is situated in the centrally located business centre of Calcutta. In order to undertake the level of operation envisaged the Company has built up a stable infrastruture. Besides the business and marketing wings at the administrative office which are adequately manned by qualified personnel and considering the expansion anticipated, further staff is in the process of recruitment. The data generated by the accounting system is processed electronicaly.
