| The Company was originally incorporated as "Commercial Synbags Private Limited" at Indore, Madhya Pradesh as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 10, 1984 bearing registration number 002669 issued by Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. Subsequently, the Company was converted in to a public limited company pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Company at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 20, 1993 and fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 21, 1993 and the name of the Company was changed to "Cornrnercial Syn-Bags Limited" issued by the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to "Commercial Syn Bags Limited" vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 18, 2016 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. -Commercial Syn Bags to begin production at Pithampur unit.
2020
Commercial production at Company's Unit II situated at Plot No. S- 2/1, 3/1, 3/2, Sector-I, Pithampur, Dist. Dhar (M.P); has been successfully commenced w.e.f. 27th September, 2020 with revised estimated total cost of Rs 1967 Lakhs.
