The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to CWD Innovation Limited vide Special Resolution dated January 30, 2021.The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on February 18, 2021 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Further, the name of our Company was changed to ?CWD Limited? vide special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company in their meeting held on July 24, 2021 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to our Company on August 11, 2021, by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
