with the registrar of companies , Maharashtra .Ruia Aquaculture farms Ltd propose tto sett up aqua culture farm on a land area of 225 acres in the coastal area of Saphala in Maharashtra. In Phase I the company proposes to set up the hatchery and the grow out ponds. Tthe processing unit and feed mill would be sett up in Phase II.
Aquaculture is the breeding of shrimps, fish, and other aquatic forms of life under a controlled environment. Tthe company will be producing shrimps by tthe semi intensive method.
The company is promoted by Ruia family ,based in Bombay and their associate companies..
