| M/s. Combat Drugs Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 18th September, 1986. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on llth June, 1992.
The Company was promoted by Mr. Suchit Mohan Lal who has vast experience in Marketing of Pharmaceutical Formulations and Mr. Ajay Karan who has experience in the Production as well as Marketing of pharmaceutical formulations.
The Commercial Production of the company started in July, 1987 on Loan Licence basis. The company acquired a full fledged manufacturing unit located at Balanagar, Hyderabad on lease from M/s. Fairchild Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. and commenced Production from the said unit in August, 1988. In July, 1992 the Manufacturing activities of the Company
were shifted to the present leased premises at 18A, Kushaiguda, Hyderabad.
The Lease for the present premises is initially for a period of 3 years w.e.f June, 1992 which can be extended for a further period of 2 years with mutual consent. The total constructed area of 7200 Sft. is conforming to the requirements of a Pharmaceutical Unit and can accomodate Tablet, Capsule and Liquid Sections along with Laboratory,
including facilities to manufacture Hi-tec Formulations with little modifications. Utilities like Power, water etc are already available on the Unit.
2011
- the Company have approved the scheme of arrangement between the company and its members and unsecured creditors.
2020
-Company name has changed to Decipher Labs Ltd. from Combat Drugs Ltd.
