The Company was incorporated as "Deep Polymers Private Limited" on September 13, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Gujarat bearing Registration No. 046757. The status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was further changed to "Deep Polymers Limited" by a special resolution passed on March 06, 2018. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to the Company on April 6, 2018, by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad at Gujarat. -Deep Polymers Ltd would like to inform that the manufacturing facility of the Company situated at Hajipur Industrial Area, Gandhinagar, Gujarat having installed capacity of 5000 MTPA (with a provision to set up to 20,000 MTPA) has commenced commercial production of Masterbatches w.e.f Tuesday 08th August, 2023 from starting of business hours, which has a potential to generate revenue of approximately Rs. 250 crores per annum on full capacity utilization.
