Subsequently, the company was converted into Public Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the name of the Company was changed to "Dhillon Freight Carrier Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated December 01, 2023 bearing Corporate Identification Number U60231WB2014PLC201923 issued by the Registrar of Companies - Kolkata.
