| The company was originally incorporated as Dhruv Consultancy Services Private Limited on August 26, 2003 with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on January 10, 2018 and the name of the company was changed to "Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited". A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to a public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on February 07, 2018.

2016
- Entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with IRClass Systems & Services private Limited for the purpose of undertaking consultancy works awarded from MORTH, MSRDC & NHAI.
- Certificate of appreciation from Ministry of Road Transport & Highways for completion of three lane (16 meter), 239 meter long major high level bridge with 640 meter long approaches across Savitri River in record time of 165 days with excellent Quality.
2017
- Entered into a MoU with HSS Engineering Sdn Bhd for providing Consultancy Services for preparation of Feasibility Study/Detailed Project report for JNPT Package V to National Highway Authority of India.
2018
- Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company

-The company has been shortlisted for providing consultancy services for the 'Design and Supervision Consultancy Services for Rural Roads, upgrading of Road intervention in Kogi State' in the form of Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited in JV with Eschersil Verman Global.
