Further our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to "Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Limited" vide special resolution dated October 22, 2021. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion into public limited Company was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on November 9, 2021.
