The name of the Company was changed to "Dipna Pharmachem Private Limited" and a fresh certificate of Incorporation was issued on March 29, 2012 bearing Corporate Identification Number Co. No. U24100GJ2011PTC066400by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
