2001 - The Company has entered into a strategic tie-up with Shecom to fulfill its manpower
requirements for various key positions and also assist it in its various IT-related
activities in India.
2002
-Dipti Gupta appointed as Company Secretary of Dynacons Systems & Solutions.
-Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has been awarded as best VFB Partner from IBM. The Company has further informed that the Board has decided to conduct the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on August 26, 2002 for fixation of record date for the split of shares from Rs 10/- to Rs 2/-.
-Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have received the resignation of Mrs Hema Salot from the post of Director of the Company and the same has been accepted by the Board.
-The Board of Directors of Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd held on October 3, 2002 the following decisions were taken. 1. Appointment of Shirish M Anjaria as Chairman Cum Managing Director of the company . 2. Resignation of Panjaj H Salot from the post of Director of the company & acceptance of the same by the Board. 3. Board has decided to issue the notice to the shareholders for the payment outstanding towards Allotment Money to be paid by them on or before October 24, 2002 failing which the company will forfeit their shares.

-Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd. has informed that the company has been appointed as an authorised distributor by M/s. Advanced Technology & Systems Co. Ltd (ADTX), California, U.S.A. for its entire range of data storage solutions.
2004
-Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed that as per the application made to the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, they have delisted the equity shares of the company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange w.e.f. January 15, 2004.
