    The Company was incorporated as `Easy Trip Planners Private Limited', a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to the certificate of incorporation dated June 4, 2008 issued by the RoC. Thereafter, upon conversion to a public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to `Easy Trip Planners Limited' pursuant to the Shareholders' resolution dated April 12, 2019 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 11, 2019 issued by the RoC.
