| Our Company was originally incorporated on January 14, 2008 in Kolkata as a private limited company in the name and style of Slick Properties Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. With effect from June 25, 2009, our Company became a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Slick Properties Limited and subsequently changed to Emami Infrastructure Limited with
effect from July 01, 2009.
