    Our Company was originally incorporated on January 14, 2008 in Kolkata as a private limited company in the name and style of Slick Properties Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. With effect from June 25, 2009, our Company became a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Slick Properties Limited and subsequently changed to Emami Infrastructure Limited with effect from July 01, 2009. 2010 - The equity shares of Emami Infrastructure Ltd (Scrip Code: 533218) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities. 2011 -Emami Realty Limited has merged/amalgamated with Zandu Realty Limited. 2013 -Shri Girija Kumar Choudhary has been appointed as a Compliance Officer of the company. 2015 -Real estate developer Emami Infrastructure Ltd has the scheme of amalgamation of its two wholly-owned subsidiary companies - Emami Realty Ltd and Emami Rainbow Niketan Pvt Ltd 

     2019 
    -Company name has changed to Emami Realty Ltd. from Emami Infrastructure Ltd..
