Our Company was incorporated as "Meghmani Finechem Limited" on September 11, 2007 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the state of Gujarat vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli ("RoC"). Our Company obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on September 17, 2007 issued by RoC.

2018 -Planned for New Caustic Expansion and Chlor-Alkali Derivatives (Chloromethane and Hydrogen Peroxide) -Achieved Turnover of USD 95 Million (? 609 Cr.)

2022 - The Company announced the successful commissioning of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin (CPVC resin) plant at Dahej in Gujarat.
The newly-commissioned facility with a production capacity of 30,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) is the largest of its kind in India.
2023 -Company name has changed to Epigral Ltd. from Meghmani Finechem Ltd.. - 'Commissioning of Wind Solar Hybrid Power Plant'.
2024 -The Company Informed Commissioning of CPVC Compound Plant at its Dahej Facility at Gujarat.
