    Our Company was incorporated as "Meghmani Finechem Limited" on September 11, 2007 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the state of Gujarat vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli ("RoC"). Our Company obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on September 17, 2007 issued by RoC.

    -Expanded Caustic Chlorine to 1,67,000 TPA with 60MW Captive Power Plant

    2017 
    -Commissioned KOH Plant of 21,000 TPA and Convert all Membrane to FY 2017 ZERO Gap

    2018
    -Planned for New Caustic Expansion and Chlor-Alkali Derivatives (Chloromethane and Hydrogen Peroxide)

    2019
    -Commissioned Chloromethane Plant

    -Commenced the Commercial Operations of Caustic Soda Lye Expansion of 140000 TPA with Captive Power Plant of 36 MW
    -Announcement for setting up new Epichlorohydrin Plant with 50,000 TPA capacity
    -Expanded Caustic Chlorine Capacity to 294,000TPA
    -Expanded capacity of Captive Power Plant to 96MW
    -Commissioned 60,000 TPA Hydrogen Peroxide Plant

    2022 
    - The Company announced the successful commissioning of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin (CPVC resin) plant at Dahej in Gujarat. The newly-commissioned facility with a production capacity of 30,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) is the largest of its kind in India. 

     2023 
     -Company name has changed to Epigral Ltd. from Meghmani Finechem Ltd.. 
    - 'Commissioning of Wind Solar Hybrid Power Plant'. 

     2024 
    -The Company Informed Commissioning of CPVC Compound Plant at its Dahej Facility at Gujarat.
