Our Company was incorporated as "Meghmani Finechem Limited" on September 11, 2007 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the state of Gujarat vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli ("RoC"). Our Company obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on September 17, 2007 issued by RoC.

2017 -Commissioned KOH Plant of 21,000 TPA and Convert all Membrane to FY 2017 ZERO Gap
2018 -Planned for New Caustic Expansion and Chlor-Alkali Derivatives (Chloromethane and Hydrogen Peroxide) -Achieved Turnover of USD 95 Million (? 609 Cr.)
2019 -Commissioned Chloromethane Plant

The Company announced the successful commissioning of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin (CPVC resin) plant at Dahej in Gujarat.
The newly-commissioned facility with a production capacity of 30,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) is the largest of its kind in India.
