Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the Shareholders at an Extraordinary General meeting held on May 03, 2023 and Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to "Faalcon Concepts Limited" and Consequent upon the conversion of our Company to public limited company a Fresh certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi on May 25, 2023.
