| GGL was incorporated on 06-03-1986 as a Private Ltd company and subsequently converted into Public Ltd company by passing Special Resolution in its EGM held on 13-10-93 and obttained Certificate from Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on 22-11-93. GGL is existing profit making, dividend paying compay engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing industrial gases at Pithampur, a declared Industrially backward area. The company has set up the present plant for the manufacturing of Oxygen (Installed capacity 1116000 cm), Nitrogen (Installed capacity 216000 cm) and a byproduct-Liquid Nitrogen.
The company presently is supplying these Industrial gases to various unit in the Steel, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Fabrication industries. The present clientele includes Bajaj Tempo Ltd., Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., Jai Prakash Industries Ltd., Shri Ishar Alloys Ltd., Kusum Ingots & Alloys Ltd, Grasim Industries etc.
