| The Company was originally incorporated as "Gala Print City Private Limited" on December 14, 2010 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. the Company was subsequently converted in to a public company and consequently name was changed to "GALA PRINT CITY LIMITED" (GPCL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 31,2014 issued by Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 23(1), Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli.
The Company is registered under the Companies Act, 1956 with registration no. U22219GJ2010PLC063243.
The promoters of the Company are Mr. Vishal Mulchandbhai Gala and Mrs. Neha Vishal Gala.
We are engaged in the business of printing and offering multi-colour offset printing services, single colour offset printing services, commercial printing services for calendars, catalogs, brochures, posters, annual reports manuals, etc. We offer quality products and services at cost effective prices and have graded ourselves as one the fastest growing printing solution.
