| Ficon Lease & Finance Ltd., was incorporated on October 31, 1994 as a Public Limited Company and has obtained certificate of commencement of business w.e.f March 31, 1995 with its main object to carry on the business of leasing, finance and investment Company, bill discounting,
financing of industrial, manufacturing and business, loan syndication, financial consultancy and merchant banking activities.
The Company is presently engaged in various fund based and non fund based financial services activities viz. syndication of bills discounting, loan syndication, Lease finance and syndication, sub broking activities in primary and secondary capital market operation and public issue financing.
The Company has made an application for registration as NBFC to Reserve Bank of India under category of Non Banking Financial Companies (Reserve Bank Direction) 1997 issued by Reserve Bank of India.
Company has concluded the bought out deals worth Rs. 67.50 lacs and concluded the syndication of bills discounting to the Extent of Rs. 25/- crores, working capital term loan to the Extent of Rs. 5/- Crores and NCD syndication to the Extent of Rs. 10/- crores.
