Milestones:- 2011 Nov. -Incorporation of the Company 2012 Jan. -Commencement of Production activities at Factory at Netaji Apparel Park, Tirupur 2015 -Acquisition of S.P. Tex (India) (Proprietorship concern of Mr. Prem Dinanath Aggarwal) -Junction Fabrics & Apparesl has Listing of equity shares of Junction Fabrics and Apparels Ltd 2020 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:2. -Company name has changed to Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd. from Junction Fabrics & Apparels Ltd.. 2022 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-. 2024 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
