| The Company was incorporated as ?Gautam Exim Private limited? at Vapi, Gujarat as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 5, 2005 bearing Corporate Identification Number U51100GJ2005PTC46562 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. In the year 2009, the Company took over the trading business of paper of Gautam Enterprise, the Proprietorship concern of the Promoter Nagalaxmi Balasubramanian. Subsequently, the Company was converted in to public limited company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on February 01, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to ?Gautam Exim Limited? pursuant to issuance of fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company from Private to Public Limited dated April 25, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
