| The company was incorporated on January 27, 1994 as a public limited company and obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 25.2.1994.
The Company is presently engaged in making investments in the capital market. Ever since its inception, the Company's major activity has been the sale and purchase of the shares of the listed companies. To take advantage of the conducive environment in the capital market the company has been investing in the initial public offerings. The company has a policy of investing in growth shares and its portfolio is well diversified.
MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY:
1. To carry on and undertake business of leasing, hire purchase financing, renting repairing and lease operations of all kinds or purchasing, selling, hiring or letting on hire all kinds of plant and machinery, equipment, data processing equipments, computers, household articles, land buildings, flats, agricultural land agricultural produce,
vehicles, motor cars, motor buses, consumer durable, electric and electronic equipments, share and stocks, movable and immovable properties and all kinds of commodities and articles.
2. To render leasing, consultancy and advisory services in connection with the business to in sub clauses (1) above.
THE OBJECT INCIDENTAL OR ANCILLARY TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE MAIN OBJECTS ARE:-
To carry on the business of an investment trust company and to provide a package of investment/merchant banking services by acting as manager to public issue, securities by underwriting or sub underwriting securities, act as issue house, to invest in and acquire and hold, sell, buy or otherwise deal in shares stock, debentures, debenture stock, bonds, units and securities issued or guaranteed by any company, corporation, public authorities municipal and local bodies in India or abroad.
