    Our Company was originally incorporated as `Gem Aromatics Private Limited' as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated October 3, 1997, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai ("RoC"). Upon the conversion of our Company into a public limited company pursuant to a Board Resolution dated July 13, 2023, and a Shareholders' resolution dated July 14, 2023, the name of our Company was changed to, `Gem Aromatics Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 17, 2023, was issued by the RoC.

    Major Events and Milestones:
    1997
    - Inaugurated the Silvassa Facility.

    1999
    - Commencement of operations in the Silvassa Facility.

    2008
    - Executed the Company's first export order

    2009
    - Introduced a new vertical - Clove Oil

    2016
    - Commenced production at Budaun Facility.

    2018
    - Achieved ? 1,648.30 million in revenue and achieved a growth of over 100% in terms of year-on-year revenue

    2019
    - Received a strategic investment by doTERRA Enterprises, S…rl.

    2020
    - Our Material Subsidiary made its first sale of $ 202,608.

    2021
    - Received a 2-star export house status in accordance with the provisions of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015 - 2020 valid for a period of 5 (five) years effective from August 3, 2021 to August 3, 2026, from Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

    2023
    - Achieved ? 4,247.93 million in revenue from operations on a standalone and consolidated basis.

    2024
    - Received a 3-star export house status in accordance with the provisions of Foreign Trade Policy, 2023 valid for a period of 5 (five) years effective from December 23, 2023 to March 31, 2028, from Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

    -Gem Aromatics Limited has Commernced Production of Cooling Agents & Clove Products Begins at Dahej Facility.
