| The company was incorporated on 5th October, 1994 as a Pvt. Ltd. Company. Subsequently on 1st December, 1994 it was converted into Public Ltd. Company by a Certificate of Change of Name from the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra, Bombay. The company is, at present engaged in investment activities.
The company was originally incorporated by Mrs. Reena Bagai and Mrs. Avita Fernandes. Subsequently Mr. Arun K. Shah and his associates acquired 100% shares. The Board of Directors was broad based and the company came under the management of Mr. Arunkant Kalidas Shah.
