| G.K.CONSULTANTS LTD, originally incorporated as a private limited company on December 2, 1988 under the Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana, was subsequently converted into a United Company vide special resolution passed on 14.08.1995 and obtained fresh Certificate of incorporation dated 15.09.1995.
The Company was initially promoted by Mr. Satya Prakash Garg and Mr. Suresh Chand Mittal. Subsequently, Mr.Satya Prakash Garg and Mr. Suresh Chand Mittal resigned from the board on 02-12-89 and 15/6/95 respectively due to preoccupation. Later on Mr. Satya Prakash Garg rejoined on 15/3/95.
Present Operations
The Company is currently engaged in the business of capital market operations, share trading, letting of Assets on hire and investment banking along with the main business of corporate Consultancy/counselling and advisory services. The company has taken up variety of projects as financial advisors and consultants viz. jewellary making units, TPR Soles/PS Heels Plant, Hotel Project, assistance in import of telecommunication systems/equipments, etc. The details of

The Company is currently engaged in the business of share trading, letting of Assets on hire other related activities along with the main business of Consultancy. The company has provided consultancy to various projects such as 100% EOU TPR/Sole/P.S.Heels/Jewellery manufacturing units, 3 Star Hotel Project, Assistance in import of
