    Our Company was incorporated as "Globtier Infotech Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated March 31, 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Further, our Company shifted its Registered Office from the State of Delhi to Uttar Pradesh and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 19, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Subsequently, our Company was converted into public limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the approval accorded by our Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 02, 2024. Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to "Globtier Infotech Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company was issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre on September 18, 2024.
