    History of Company

    The Company was registered as a Private Limited Company vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 01 - 16672 on 2nd December'93 with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. It was subsequently converted into a Public Limited company on 19th January'95, vide special resolution dated 21st December, 1994 in terms of Section 31(1)/44 of the Companies Act, 1956. PAST FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE The Company is yet to commence commercial production. There is no revaluation reserve in the books of the Company as on 26th December, 1995.
