    History of Company

    YEAR EVENTS 1987 - The Company was incorporated on 12th May, in the name of Associated Grills and Profiles Ltd, with the Registrar of Companies, (R.O.C.) Maharashtra with main object to manufacture aluminium grills, sections, railing, etc.

    - The Company's main product aluminium grills, which is jointly promoted with HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD is sold under brand name "DECOGRILLE', is now well accepted in the market.

    - The installed capacity of the present plant at Daman is 240 M.T. p.a.

    1994 - The name of the Company was changed to Associated Profiles & Aluminium Ltd and a fresh certificate of incorporation to that effect was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on 13th December.

    1997 - During the year Company issued 44,00,200 No. of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating Rs. 440.02 lacs of which 22,50,200 No. of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating Rs. 225.02 lacs were issued to the public and balance of 21,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 215 lacs were issued to the promoters.

    1998 - The Company's new unit at Silvassa, HIND ALUMINIUM, which manufactures EC Grade Wire Rods and All Alloy Aluminium Rods (AAAR) achieved a production level of 6930.38 MT as compared to 1324.87 MT in the previous year.

    1999 - The Company has been awarded ISO-9002 certification for the grill and fabrication division. The Company is the first Aluminium Grills manufacturing Company in India, who has been awarded this certification.

    -Associated Profiles has recommended a dividend @ 10%

    2006

    -Associated Profiles has recommended a dividend @ 12%

    2007

    -Company name has been changed from Associated Profiles & Aluminium Ltd to Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd

    -The company has designated E-mail ID for Investor Complaints: apal@associatedgroup.com

    2008

    -The company has recommended a dividend @ 15%

    2009

    -A subsidiary Company named 'Associated Industries Ltd. SFZ' of Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd. has been incorporated in the Sultanate of Oman for exploring the processing opportunities of mineral resources.
