    Our Company was originally incorporated as Company Limited by Shares under the name 'Kanishk Aluminium Extrusions Private Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Central Registration Centre, Manesar on December 05, 2018, vide certificate of incorporation bearing CIN U27109RJ2018PTC063198. Further, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on August 26, 2022, the name of our Company was changed from 'Kanishk Aluminium Extrusions Private Limited' to 'Kanishk Aluminium India Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur vide dated September 21, 2022. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from 'Kanishk Aluminium India Private Limited' to 'Kanishk Aluminium India Limited' vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated October 30, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
