    History of Company

    The company history sections lists out major chronological events that happened to the company.
    SURI CAPITAL & LEASING LTD.(SCL) was incorporated on 10th March, 1992 with its registered office at C-485, Defence Colony, New Delhi 110 024. Thereafter, the Company became a Public Company on 28th January, 1995 by passing a Special Resolution in the Annual General Meeting and obtained fresh certificate of incorporation subsequent upon change of name on conversion to public limited Company on 22nd Feb. 1995.

    The Company has clocked aggregate gross income of Rs.4 Crores in the 3 years of activity since incorporation.

    The Company, was registered with RBI Public Debt Office at Serial No. III-C-9 vide RBI letter No. PDO/439/PS/3/93-94 dt. 12 August, 1993. However the Company being a Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) having net owned funds of more than 50 Lacs is required to be registered with RBI. The Company has since applied to RBI vide their letter dt. 01-02-1995.

    2000

    -Allotment of 45 lakhs No. of equity shares of the company on preferential basis to Virtual Software & Training Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.

    -Allotment of Non-tradeable warrants of 20 lacs which can be converted into equity at Rs 10 each.

    -The Company has abbrevated its name to SCL Ltd.

    2012

    -The Company has approved the agreement for the transfer of Undertaking of the Company comprising of its Telecom Business to it's subsidiary Roam1 Telecom Limited.

    2025

    -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 2:7 at a premium of Rs. 10 per share.

    -Company name has changed to Kati Patang Lifestyle Ltd. from VirtualSoft Systems Ltd..
