Subsequently, the Company has changed its name from "Jeevan Parv Healthcare Limited" to "KK Shah Hospitals Limited" pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on September 30, 2022 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 30, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Promoters of the Company are Dr. Amit Shah and Dr. Kirti Kumar Shah.
