Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from "Kotyark Industries Private Limited" to "Kotyark Industries Limited" vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 24, 2021 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 05, 2021 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
