| The Company was incorporated on September 26, 1994 to carry on business of Leasing, Hire Purchase Investment Banking and Money Market Operation. The Company received the commencement of business certificates on October 17, 1994.
MAIN OBJECTS:
1. To carry out the business as financer and guarantors and to undertake and carry out all such operations and transactions except insurance and banking business within the meaning of these acts as may lawfully be undertaken and carried on, and to receive money on deposit or loan and borrow or raise money on deposit or loan and borrow or raise money in such a manner as the Company shall think fit.
2. To carry on business of Hire Purchase/Leasing to Industrial, Trading, Commercial and other establishement and Organisation and consumers for capital equipments, accessories, land and building,plant and machinery, office equipments, transport and commercial vehicles consumer durable.
Pursuant to Special Resolution passed under Section 149(2A) of the Act at EGM held on October 24, 1994, the Company is to carry on the business specified in the Sub-clause 1 & 2 of Clause (c) regarding the other objects on Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. To carry on the business as Share & Stock Brokers, Dealers, Underwriters, Market Makers in Stocks & Shares, Debentures, Bonds, Foreign Exchange and other Mutual Funds and Securities of all types that may be offered to Public or for Private subscription.
4. To act as financial consultants, investment advisers and to render any kind of management, technical and consultancy services concerning foregoing matters.
5. To carry on the business of Merchant Banking and an investment company in all its aspects, and to act as Managers for the issue of shares, bonds debentures units and mutual funds and to provide factoring and syndication of loans, protfolio management activity and money changers.
Pursuant to Special Resolution passed under Section 149(2A) of the Act at EGM held on November 3rd, 1994, the Company is to carry on the business specified in the Sub-clause 10 & 11 of Clause (c) regarding the other objects on Memorandum of Association of the Company.

The Company does not have any subsidiary company.
