    History of Company

    Mindspace REIT was settled on November 18, 2019 at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India as a contributory determinate irrevocable trust under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, pursuant to a trust deed dated November 18, 2019. Mindspace REIT was registered with SEBI on December 10, 2019, at Mumbai as a REIT pursuant to the REIT Regulations having registration number IN/REIT/19-20/0003. Mindspace REIT has been settled by the Sponsors for an initial sum of Rs. 10,000. As on date of this Offer Document: 
    - CTL and ACL are the sponsors of Mindspace REIT;
    - K Raheja Corp Investment Managers LLP (held by Mr. Ravi C. Raheja and Mr. Neel C. Raheja, as the partners) has been appointed as the Manager to Mindspace REIT; and
    - Axis Trustee Services Limited has been appointed as the Trustee to Mindspace REIT.

    Pursuant to the Formation Transactions, assets forming part of the Portfolio are proposed to be held by Mindspace REIT through the Asset SPVs.
