    The Company was originally formed as a partnership firm under the name `M/s Monika Enterprise' ("Partnership Firm") pursuant to a deed of partnership dated February 12, 2015 under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 ("Partnership Act"). Subsequently, Fresh Certificate of Registration dated May 04, 2018 bearing number MU000009640 was issued by Registrar of Firms. The partnership firm was thereafter converted from `M/s Monika Enterprise' into Public Limited Company under Section 366 Part I of Chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013, as `Monika Alcobev Limited' under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 17, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
