Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on September 30, 2024, the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to "Monolithisch India Limited", and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 21, 2024 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The CIN of the Company is U26999WB2018PLC227534.

    Major Events and Milestones:
    2019
    - Incorporation of the Company as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of "Monolithisch India Private Limited" founded by Prabhat Tekriwal, Sharmila Tekriwal and Harsh Tekriwal.
    - Started business operations at Purulia, West Bengal.

    2024
    - Installation of Plant and Machinery and increase in the installed annual production capacity to 1,32,000 MT.

    2025
    - Entered into an agreement for purchase of land with an objective of increasing the annual production capacity.
    - Conversion of the Private Limited Company into a Public Limited Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
    -The Acquisition of R.S Refractory Private Limited by Subsidiary Company
