Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 12, 2024, the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to `M P K Steels (I) Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on December 16, 2024 bearing Corporate Identification Number U27109AS2005PLC007674 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
