    The Company was originally incorporated in the name and style of SHIVNATH FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED under the Companies Act, 1956 as Private Limited Company which was converted into Public Limited Company on 13th day of September 2000 under the name and style of "SHIVNATH FARMS LTD." under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 in the state of Maharashtra, and later changed the name as NATH BIO-GENES (INDIA) LTD., on 5th March, 2001 vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 11-72842 dated 5th March, 2001 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The Registered Office of the Company is situated at Nath House, Nath Road, Aurangabad - 431 005. Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide its order dated 27.08.2003, the entire business and assets of Seeds Division of Nath Seeds Limited (Transferor Company) stand transferred to and vested in Nath Bio-Genes (India) Limited (Transferee Company) w.e.f. 1st January, 2001. 2014 - Nath Bio-Genes (India) Ltd.has appointed Mrs. Sweta Garodia as a Director of the Company. 2020 -Acquisition of Technology from Global Transgenes Limited Associate Company of Nath Bio-Genes (India) Limited.
