Since incorproation the company is engaged in the business of Securities Trading and Investments. On 1st January, 1994 Company got registration with SEBI as category III Merchant banker. The application has been made for Category I registration to SEBI on 28th March 1994. The company had also applied for membership of National Stock Exchange on 4th March, 1994 and the same has been granted in the capital market segment. Presently, the Company is engaged in the business of Securities Trading & Investments and Merchant Banking including the underwriting and issue advisory services. The Company has received registration as category III merchant banker w.e.f. 1st January, 1994. The Company has been promoted by Shri. N.D.Agarwal and Shri. Sanjay Agarwal. At present the company does not have any subsidiary.
