| Our Company was incorporated on March 8, 1989 as Omaxe
Builders Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956.
We changed our name to Omaxe Construction Private Limited,
which was approved by the Registrar of Companies, National
Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana through their approval
letter dated March 4, 1997.
We converted to a public company with the name of Omaxe
Construction Limited by passing a special resolution in terms of
section 31/21 read with section 44 of the Companies Act, 1956,
which was approved by the Registrar of Companies, National
Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana through their approval letter
dated August 10, 1999. We changed our name to Omaxe Limited
with effect from June 6, 2006.
Our registered office is situated at 7, Local Shopping Centre,
Kalkaji, New Delhi 110 019.

in relation to Real Estate Development & Construction
of Housing Complexes, Shopping Malls, Utilities & Other
Infrastructure Projects.
June 2006 We changed our name to Omaxe Limited.
July 2006 Received 5A2 rating from D & B Rating for financial
Strength and the composit appraisal of the Company.
August 2006 Received PR1 rating from Credit Analysis and Research
Limited for strong capacity for timely payment of short- term
debt obligations and carrying the lowest credit risk.
September 2006 Received rating of A (ind) from Fitch Rating India Private
Limited in relation to the Rs. 3,000 million long tern debt
program of Omaxe Limited.
2008
-Omaxe Limited has informed that "There has been a change in status of Directorship of Mr. Arvind Parakh. Mr. Parakh shall act as a Director only and has tendered his resignation from the post of CEO-Corporate Strategy and Finance (Whole Time Director) w.e.f. February 02,2008 due to some personal reasons. In view of above he will continue to act as Director of the company".
2009
-Company has undertaken the following new projects 1. Launch of the new project Omaxe Eternity, Vrindavan - The Company has launched a new project Omaxe Eternity in Vrindavan spread over an area of approx. 52 acres.
- The Company has been awarded a Construction project for construction of Convention Centre, Library and Computer Centre at Deshbandhu Chhottu Ram University of Science and Technology at Mumbai in Sonipat Disstt.
- The Company has purchased all the 10000 shares of Rs 10/- each of Oasis Township Pvt. Ltd. Accordingly, the aforesaid Company has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
2010
- Omaxe lays foundation for 'Omaxe Waterfront' the first Hi-Tech Township in Allahabad.
- the Company has been awarded with the contract to construct the Package I - Medical Collage Complex at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
- "Omaxe launches India Trade Tower".
- Omaxe launches NAFFHIL Homes.
- Omaxe gets Rs 70 cr project from GMADA.
2011
- Omaxe - Contract for Construction of Dwelling Units including Allied Services for Officers, JCOs/OR at Deolali (Army) and Nas.
- Omaxe Bags a Construction Contract.
2012
-Omaxe successfully allots 99 EWS plots at Omaxe City, Palwal.
-Omaxe engages customers for a green cause.
2013
-Omaxe ties up with Wizcraft to set up special theme zone.
-Omaxe have recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share (7%) on equity share of Rs. 10 each.
-Omaxe Ltd has announces bonus in the Ratio of 10:39
2014
-Omaxe-M/s. PP Devcon Private Limited has become subsidiary of the Company.
-Omaxe launches Residential Apartments "Omaxe Royal Residency" in Faridabad.
2018
-Omaxe Ltd bagged the award for Developer of the Year Township Non Metro for its project Omaxe New Chandigarh.

2019
