    YEAR EVENTS 1994 - Fiduciary Capital was incorporated as a private limited company in the State of Maharashtra on 22nd March. It was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed at its Extra Ordinary General Body Meeting held on 2nd August. - The Certificate of change of name consequent upon the conversion of the Company into a limited Company was issued on 2nd September. As the Company was incorporated as a private limited Company, no certificate of commencement of business has been issued. - The Company is engaged in the business of financial services and its main activities are Investment Banking services and Investment Management Services. 1995 - The Company has been authorised by SEBI as Category I Merchant Banker. The Company has also entered into a technical collaboration with Bernard Herold & Co. U.S.A. 1996-98 NO NEWS 1999 - The company entered into IT-enabled services, with a focus on medical transcription to cater, to the US markets. 2000 - The Company has informed that Omega Portals Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, is in the process of negotiating with venture capital funds which have evinced an interest in taking up a stake in the equity of Omega Portals Ltd. 2002-Omega Interactive Technologies Ltd has informed that Mr Rupesh Samani, Company Secretary is no longer in the services of the Company. The Company has appointed Mr Rajiv Kamat as the Compliance Officer. 2010 --Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 1/1, Ramdas Building, 456, Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai - 400 002 to Maker Bhavan No. III, 20, New Marine Lines, Mumbai - 400 020 2011 -Malvern Trading Private Limited has been a Subsidiary Company of Omega Interactive Technologies Ltd w.e.f. September 10, 2011. 2016 -Omega Interactive Technologies Ltd has informed that the Registered Office of the Company has been changed w.e.f.
