    History of Company

    The company history sections lists out major chronological events that happened to the company.
    The Company was incorporated on 26.11.86 under the name and style of Pentokey Organy (India) Pvt Ltd and converted into a Public Limited Company with effect from 10.9.90. The objects of the Company are fully set out in the Memorandum of Association of the Company. The company is implementing a project to manufacture Acetaldehyde 4000T/annum. Acetic Acid 5000T/annum. Ethyl Acetate 2100T/annum and Butyl Acetate 1200T/annum with the financial assistance from IDBI, IFCI and ICICI at a cost of Rs 1230 lacs at Lote-Parshuram, Dist Ratnagiri in the State of Maharashtra. The plant site being a declared backward area by the State Government is eligible for incentives, Sales Tax and other benefits.

    PROMOTERS

    The Company has been promoted by Shri Rajendra V Shah having experience in dealing in and manufacturing chemicals for over 14 years along with Shri Vijay M Porwal and Shri Kumar V Shah.
