    The Property Share Investment Trust was settled on June 27, 2024, at Bangalore, Karnataka, India as contributory, determinateand irrevocable trust under the provisions of the Trust Actpursuant to a trust deed dated June 27, 2024, amended on July 19, 2024 and February 21, 2025. The Property Share Investment Trust was registered with SEBI on August 5, 2024 as a small and medium  real  estate  investment  trust  under  Regulation  26L(1)  of  the REIT  Regulations  having  registration  number  IN/SM-REIT/24-25/0001

    The  Property  Share  Investment  Trust  has  been  settled  by  the  Investment  Manager  for  an  aggregate  initial corpusof ?0.02 million. The second scheme of the Trust i.e. PropShare Titania has also been settled by the Investment Manager.

    PropShare  Investment  Manager  Private  Limited  has  been  appointed  as  the  Investment  Manager  to  the  Property  Share Investment  Trust.  The  Investment  Manager  has  been  constituted  in  accordance  with  the  REIT  Regulations.  Axis  Trustee Services Limited has been appointed as the Trustee to the Property Share Investment Trust.

    Pursuant to the PropShare Titania, the Project Titania are proposed to be held through the Titania SPV, in accordance with the REIT Regulations.
